Contour — terms of sale

What you’re buying

• One role ($79 CAD plus tax, once): one more role in Contour, with its own draft, the map and the PDF.
• Team pack ($590 CAD plus tax, once): ten roles, with maps saved under your code.
• Organization licence ($2,900 CAD plus tax, a year): unlimited roles for one organization for a year, with maps saved, up to 30 drafts a day.

How long it lasts

A one-role purchase and a team pack can be used for a year from the day you buy. Roles not used in that year expire. An organization licence lasts a year and renews each year at the price then shown, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, it keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

Your code

Your purchase comes as a Contour code, sent by email. Anyone with the code can use it, so keep it within your team or organization.

Refunds

All sales are final.

What Contour is

Contour is a structured estimate built from published research. It describes how the work in a role could change. It does not assess any person, and must not be used to decide who keeps a job. It is not legal, HR or medical advice.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST or HST where it applies, worked out from your billing address at checkout. Buyers outside Canada are not charged Canadian tax. Your receipt shows the tax.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details never reach this site.
